Denkeeper Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Denkeeper's home repair coordination platform. By submitting a request or using our chat assistant you agree to the terms below. Denkeeper coordinates independent licensed service professionals; we do not directly perform repairs.

Our role

Denkeeper acts as a coordination layer between customers and vetted, independent licensed contractors. We help you describe the work, dispatch a pro, manage scheduling, and follow up after the job. The professional performing the work is the party responsible for licensing, workmanship, and any required permits.

Eligibility & accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to request work at the property address you provide. You agree to give accurate scope, access, and contact information so the assigned pro can complete the job safely.

Pricing & payment

Estimates are based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed by the assigned professional before work begins. Additional charges may apply for parts, change orders, or work outside the original scope.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule by contacting help@denkeeper.com or replying to your dispatch thread. Late cancellations after a pro is en route may incur a trip charge.

Limitations

Denkeeper is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denkeeper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coordination services. Workmanship warranties are provided by the assigned contractor, not by Denkeeper.
