Request data deletion
You can ask Denkeeper to delete your account and the project data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what we remove, what we keep for legal or accounting reasons, and how long the process takes.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to help@denkeeper.com from the address associated with your Denkeeper account.
- Use the subject line Data deletion request.
- Include your full name, the phone number on the account, and the property address of any active projects so we can identify the right record.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, contact info, account credentials).
- Closed project records, chat transcripts, and uploaded photos.
- Marketing preferences and analytics identifiers tied to your account.
What we may retain
We retain the minimum information needed to comply with tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. This may include invoice records and high-level transaction logs in anonymized or aggregated form.
Timing
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. We will notify you by email once the process is complete.
