Denkeeper Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Denkeeper's home-service intake and coordination platform. By submitting a request or using our chat assistant you agree to the terms below. Denkeeper collects and routes requests; we do not directly perform repairs.
Our role
Denkeeper provides an AI-assisted intake and team handoff. We help you describe the work and organize a request for review. We do not promise that a service provider will be available or that a request will lead to an appointment. Any professional who accepts work is independently responsible for confirming qualifications, scope, price, schedule, workmanship, insurance, and any required permits.
Eligibility & accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to request work at the property address you provide. You agree to give accurate scope, access, and contact information so Denkeeper can review the request and any service provider can evaluate the job safely.
Pricing & payment
Any estimate or pricing information shared during intake or follow-up is informational until confirmed for the specific job. A service provider is responsible for presenting final pricing and obtaining your approval before work begins. Parts, change orders, or work outside the original scope may change the price.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You may withdraw a request or ask about rescheduling by contacting help@denkeeper.com or replying to the related conversation. If a service provider proposes a cancellation or trip-charge policy, that policy must be disclosed as part of the job-specific terms.
Limitations
Denkeeper is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denkeeper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from intake or coordination services. Any workmanship commitment is between the customer and the service provider unless Denkeeper expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
